EXCHANGE/RETURNS

At EMEE-Y, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, please follow our guidelines below:

1. To request a return or exchange, please email us at emeey.co@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly include your order number, item details, and your request.

2. Please note that we do not provide a return pickup service. Customers are required to ship the product(s) back to us at their own expense.

3. Once your request is approved, you will receive an email confirmation with the return address. You must courier the product(s) to us within 2 working days of approval. All return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer. We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking to ensure your package reaches us safely.

4. The product(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

5. The product(s) should be securely packed to avoid any damage during transit.

6. For prepaid orders, once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), a refund will be processed within 7 working days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method.

7. For COD orders, store credit will be issued within 5 working days of receiving the returned product(s).

8. In case of exchange, once we receive the returned item(s) in their original condition, the exchange item(s) will be shipped out within 2 working days.

1. You can cancel an order within 24 hours or before it gets shipped.

2. No cancellation will be allowed once the parcel is shipped.

3. Refund for the cancelled order will be processed and reflected in your bank account within 7 business days.

4. Incase of COD orders, there’ll be no refund as you haven’t paid for it yet.
